Dear Leo Club Officers,

The Leo District Council 306B2 invites all the Leo Club Office Bearers to the workshop for Leo Club Officers. This has been organized to assist Leo Club Office Bearers to excel their abilities and knowledge
about Leoism. In addition, the procedures and information to apply for any international awards will be communicated.

Date – 30th August, 2009
Time – 8.00a.m.
Venue – Vivekananda College, No 57, New Chetty Street, Colombo 13

Registration

• School Clubs Leos (per Leo) Rs.100
• Other Leos (per Leo) Rs. 150 (Please note that Breakfast will be served)

The session will consist of Workshop for:

• Presidents/Vice Presidents
• Secretaries
• Treasurers and
• Board of Directors

Dress Code

• Smart Casual

Please consider that it is very compulsory to all Club Office Bearers to participate in this workshop.

All Leos who are participating expected to be on time.

This is to announce you that The International Association of Lions Clubs District 306 B2, Sri Lanka organizes its Sports Day & Family Get Together ON 23rd August Sunday 2009 at Salika Grounds Narahenpita from
8.00a.m to 4.00p.m.

In addition please note that THE CLUB WITH HIGHEST PARTICIPATION WILL BE APPRECIATED for the participation on 23rd August 2009 (Sports Day).

We the Leo District Council 306 B2 Sri Lanka, with the co-ordination of Leo Club of Kandana Ja Ela will be organizing preliminary/selection round matches on Saturday 22nd August 2009 at 9.00a.m. at Nawaloka
Grounds Welisara.
